The Partners for International Business program is aimed at helping Dutch companies realize their international ambitions in a public-private partnership. A cluster of at least 5 companies and knowledge institutions from one of the top sectors develops a 2- or 3-year action plan to internationally position the cluster as best as possible. The activities should fall under the following modules: Promotion & Matchmaking, Knowledge Exchange & Networking, Economic Diplomacy. A PIB can be used for all countries, except countries subject to international sanctions. The contribution is a maximum of €350,000, at which a proportional contribution from the cluster is expected (financially or in hours). A PIB is primarily intended for private participants, but may possibly be supplemented with a G2G or K2K component.
