WekEO is a DIAS with a public base (EUMETSAT, ECMWF, Mercator Ocean). Wekeo offers users the possibility to view, download, save or analyze data directly via WekEO services and processes.
Analyzing data is made possible by virtual machines where tools such as SNAP, Panoply and Jupyter notebook can be used. The platform only offers Copernicus open Sentinel data. This data can be downloaded for free, but a paid account must be purchased to use commercial data and virtual machines. In addition, the platform also offers a range of different processing tools, such as simple band combinations such as NDVI. In addition, the data can also be analyzed with algorithms and applications written by users themselves.
