The NSO is divided into four teams that focus on the organisation's substantive goals and three teams that play supporting roles. The teams operate with a broad mandate under the direction of a two-person management team. The teams’ programme managers can be contacted directly regarding their teams’ activities. The NSO's employees are all part of multiple teams.
